Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

After your order is placed:

Orders go through payment verification and quality checks

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment partners

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Split Shipments

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be changed or canceled.
